4. Fees and Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All state filing fees are separate and are passed through to you without markup. Our service fees are non-refundable after 30 days.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall YourLegal Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
